How we use the details you send us

Information under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for people who send a project through this page.

Data controller

What we collect

The answers you give in the form (type of business, product, quantity, sampling timeline, collection details) and your contact details: full name, phone number and work email address. We also record the campaign parameters in the page address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, fbclid) and a technical ID for your submission.

Why we use them

To review your project and contact you about it, by email or on WhatsApp from +39 0733 760067. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Giving us these details is optional, but without them we can’t review your project or reply. We don’t use them for newsletters and we don’t sell them.

Who handles them

Our staff in charge of sales and production. The form and its submissions are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes them on our behalf as a data processor. Netlify may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards required by Chapter V of the GDPR. We share data with public authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep them

For the time needed to review your project and handle any follow-up. If your project doesn’t go ahead, we delete your details once we no longer need them for that purpose. If it turns into an order, we keep what civil and tax law requires for business records.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, to receive it in a portable format, or you can object to its use (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR). Write to info@cappellificionorma.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Cookies and Meta advertising

Technical storage on your device remembers your cookie choice. Meta cookies (_fbp, _fbc) and the Meta Pixel load only if you click Accept, and are used to measure the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram. If you accept and send a project, we also send Meta a notice of the enquiry together with your email, phone number and first name in hashed (encrypted) form, your IP address and browser type, so Meta can match it to our ads. Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd acts as joint controller for this measurement. If you reject cookies, nothing is read from your device and the Meta Pixel does not load.

The project form also has an optional box. If you tick it, we send Meta the same notice of your enquiry (your email, phone number and first name in hashed form, your IP address, browser type and the ad click ID in the page address) even if you rejected cookies, so we can measure which ads bring enquiries. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to info@cappellificionorma.com. If you leave the box unticked and reject cookies, nothing is sent to Meta. You can change your cookie choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
